Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called universal CD19/20 CAR-T cells for people with moderate to severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to target and potentially reset the faulty immune system. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if it can reduce lupus symptoms. Only 12 adults aged 18 to 60 will take part.
