First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a "universal" CAR-T cell therapy (UWD-CD19) for people with B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that has not responded to standard treatments. About 30 participants will receive a single infusion of these engineered immune cells after a short chemotherapy course. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors, with follow-up lasting at least five years.
