Universal CAR-T cells take aim at tough leukemia in kids and adults
NCT ID NCT07470073
First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new "universal" CAR-T cell therapy (CT1190B) for people aged 12 to 75 with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard treatment. The therapy is designed to target two markers on cancer cells (CD19 and CD20) and does not use the patient's own cells, making it potentially available off-the-shelf. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how well it controls the leukemia.
