Waterbirth vs. land birth: which is safer?

Summary
This study looks at whether giving birth in water (waterbirth) is better than giving birth on land for low-risk pregnancies. About 230 adults in labor will be randomly assigned to either option. Researchers will measure pain relief needs, labor length, and safety for both mother and baby.
