Summary
This study looked at how standing still and gentle whole-body vibration change a specific spinal reflex called the H-reflex in healthy adults. Ten volunteers had their calf muscle responses measured while standing or being vibrated. The goal was to better understand how the nervous system and bones work together to control balance and movement.
