New study unlocks secrets of language learning in kids with DLD
NCT ID NCT04996472
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how children with developmental language disorder (DLD) learn patterns in sounds and grammar. Researchers tested over 900 adults and children to see if a general difficulty with learning sequences links problems in both areas. The goal is to create better early tests and treatments for kids with DLD.
