Summary
This study aims to understand how gastric bypass surgery helps control blood sugar and leads to weight loss. Researchers will measure gut hormones, especially GLP-1, in 80 adults who have had the surgery, including some with low blood sugar episodes. The goal is to learn which hormones are most important for these health improvements.
