First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a higher dose of UM171, a molecule that helps grow cord blood stem cells in the lab, for adults with high-risk blood cancers like leukemia who cannot find a suitable donor. The goal is to see if this approach makes the transplant less toxic and helps patients recover blood counts faster. Only 7 participants will be enrolled and followed for one year after transplant.
