Summary
This study tested a less invasive ultrasound-guided procedure against traditional open surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome in 200 adults. The goal was to see if the newer approach leads to faster symptom relief and recovery. Participants were assigned to one of the two surgeries and tracked for pain, hand function, and side effects.
