This study looked at whether a special ultrasound score (called VEXUS) can predict acute kidney injury in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. Researchers enrolled 70 women and checked the accuracy of the score at hospital admission. The goal is to identify those at risk early so they can receive timely care.
