Summary
This study aims to confirm if a new, less invasive surgery can effectively treat a painful condition where a nerve is pinched at the elbow. Doctors will use ultrasound to guide a tiny cut that releases the trapped nerve. The goal is to reduce pain, restore strength, and help people return to work and daily activities faster than with traditional open surgery.
