Summary
This study is testing whether special ultrasound-guided breathing exercises can help protect the lungs of patients with sleep apnea who are having a laparoscopic hysterectomy. Researchers will enroll 90 patients to see if these exercises reduce lung complications after surgery. The goal is to improve recovery by keeping the lungs clear and working properly.
