Summary
This study is testing a new ultrasound method to measure fat in the liver without needles or expensive MRI scans. Researchers will compare the ultrasound results to MRI in 110 adults with or at risk for MASLD, a common liver condition linked to obesity and diabetes. If successful, this tool could make liver fat testing quick, cheap, and widely available.
