Summary
This study looked at whether a nerve block (stellate ganglion block) combined with standard anesthesia helps women recover better after laparoscopic fibroid surgery. About 240 women took part, receiving either the nerve block or a placebo. The goal was to see if it reduces pain, stress, sleep problems, and anxiety after surgery.
