NCT ID NCT07126951

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether using ultrasound to guide deep herbal injections (pharmacopuncture) can better relieve acute low back pain from traffic accidents. Forty adults hospitalized after a crash will either get standard Korean medicine care or standard care plus up to three ultrasound-guided injections. The main goal is to see if the guided injections reduce pain more than standard care alone.
