Summary
This study tests whether ultrasound can predict problems like shortness of breath or airway blockage before removing a tracheostomy tube in critically ill patients. Researchers will check vocal cord movement and airflow at the bedside and compare results with routine exams. The goal is to see if ultrasound helps make tube removal safer and more successful.
