Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive ultrasound treatment to the brain can lower cravings and help prevent relapse in people with alcohol use disorder. Forty adults will receive either real or fake (sham) ultrasound sessions. Researchers will measure changes in craving, drinking behavior, and related symptoms like sleep and mood.
