Gentler radiation may boost lymphoma treatment

NCT ID NCT04054167

First seen Dec 23, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a very low dose of radiation, given before or after drug therapy, can help control mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. About 51 adults with this type of cancer will receive ultra low dose radiation, which aims to shrink tumors with fewer side effects than standard radiation. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear within the radiated area three months after treatment.
