Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called ulixacaltamide can safely reduce tremors in adults with essential tremor, a condition that causes shaking hands. About 1,000 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 12 weeks, and then may join a longer safety study. The main goal is to see if the drug improves daily activities like eating and writing.
