First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study will test a new mobile app designed to help teenagers aged 15 to 18 in Portugal take better care of their teeth and gums. About 150 teens will use the app alongside regular dental visits, and researchers will check for improvements in plaque, gum health, and brushing habits after 3 months. The goal is to see if the app makes a real difference in oral health.
