Summary

This study aims to see if adding specific local Ugandan fruits and vegetables to a meal can help improve blood sugar and cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Eight participants will eat five different test meals over five weeks, and researchers will closely monitor their body's response. The goal is to gather knowledge about which local foods might have the strongest beneficial effects on metabolism.
