Summary
This study tests a new, fast-made CAR-T cell therapy (UF-KURE19) for people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose in 21 adults. Researchers also look at how well the therapy shrinks tumors and how reliably the cells can be made quickly.
