Summary

This early-stage study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least three prior treatments. The therapy, UF-KURE-BCMA, is made from a simple blood draw and has a shorter manufacturing time than standard CAR-T cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, with participants monitored for up to 15 years.
