Summary
This study is building a large collection of genetic data and biological samples from people with genetic conditions. The goal is to better understand how specific gene mutations cause disease and to test, in the lab, which mutations might be correctable with future gene editing tools like CRISPR. This is a research registry, not a treatment trial, and participants will not receive any experimental therapies.
