Summary
This early-stage study aims to check if a new oral medication called UCB0022 is safe for people to take. Researchers will give the drug to 32 healthy volunteers from Caucasian, Japanese, and Chinese backgrounds to monitor for side effects and see how the body processes it. The study uses a controlled design where some participants receive the actual drug while others receive a placebo, and neither participants nor doctors know who gets which.
