Summary

This early-stage study tests if cells from umbilical cord blood can safely help repair lung damage caused by chest radiation therapy. Ten adults aged 18-75 whose lung injury did not improve with standard care will receive the treatment. The main goal is to check safety and see if lung damage shrinks on CT scans.
