Summary
This study tests whether the drug ublituximab can improve walking and reduce fall risk in people with relapsing multiple sclerosis. Twenty-five participants will receive the treatment for 48 weeks and have their walking, balance, and thinking skills checked before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to see if the drug helps them move more safely and confidently.
