Summary
This study will enroll 1,000 adults with type 2 diabetes in Mexico to find out which clinical, lifestyle, and genetic factors are linked to poor blood sugar control and kidney damage. Participants will provide medical history, undergo physical tests, answer questionnaires, and give blood samples. Researchers will use this data to create a molecular fingerprint of diabetes complications.
