Summary
This study tested a program called T1DES, designed specifically for Black young adults aged 18-30 with type 1 diabetes. The goal was to see if the program could reduce diabetes-related distress and improve blood sugar control. 43 participants took part in a pilot trial to check if the program was feasible and helpful.
