Summary
This study tests a new oral medication (a TYK2 inhibitor) for people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 140 adults aged 18-70 will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce psoriasis severity by at least 75%.
