Summary

This study compares a new imaging method called Texture and Colour Enhancement Imaging (TXI) with standard high-definition white light during colonoscopy in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The goal is to see if TXI can detect more dysplastic (precancerous) lesions. About 219 adults with IBD undergoing routine surveillance will be enrolled. If TXI proves better, it could improve early detection of colon cancer in this high-risk group.
