Summary

This study looked at two different doses of a drug called tranexamic acid (TXA) given during spine surgery to see which one better reduces blood loss and the need for blood transfusions. 62 adults having surgery on three or more spine bones took part. The goal was to find the safest and most effective dose to help patients lose less blood during the operation.
