First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called PT886 in people with advanced stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancers that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose of PT886 alone, then testing it combined with chemotherapy or immunotherapy. About 258 adults will take part to see if the drug is safe and works against these cancers.
