Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TVB-2640 in 18 adults with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (KRAS-mutant NSCLC) that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing over 8 weeks. Researchers will also check safety and use special scans to understand how the drug works.
