First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at how the drug tuvusertib is absorbed, broken down, and removed from the body in 12 people with advanced solid tumors. Participants received a special radioactive tracer to track the drug. The main goal was to understand the drug's path in the body, not to treat the cancer. After this part, some could choose to keep taking tuvusertib until their disease got worse.
