Summary
This study is translating a standard test called the mJOA score into Turkish for people with cervical myelopathy, a condition where the spinal cord in the neck is compressed. Researchers will check if the Turkish version is accurate and reliable by comparing it to other tests and having two doctors use it on 70 patients. The goal is to give Turkish-speaking doctors a better way to measure nerve function and track treatment results.
