Summary
This study compared two common surgeries for people with long-term nasal blockage from enlarged turbinates (structures inside the nose). 58 adults received either partial removal or heat treatment of the turbinate. Researchers measured pain, blockage, and crusting for 3 months after surgery to see which method worked better.
