First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug tucatinib to two standard breast cancer treatments (pertuzumab and trastuzumab) can help people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain and is growing despite current therapy. About 53 adults whose cancer has progressed only in the brain after local treatment will receive the three-drug combination. The goal is to see if this approach delays further cancer growth or death.
