Summary

This study tests two experimental vaccines (BNT164a1 and BNT164b1) to prevent tuberculosis (TB) in adults who have already received the BCG vaccine and are HIV-negative. About 497 participants will receive up to three doses to find the safest and most effective dose. The goal is to see if the vaccines are safe and trigger a strong immune response against TB.
