Summary
This study tests a new drug (JDB0131) combined with other medicines for people with a tough type of tuberculosis that doesn't respond to the usual antibiotic rifampin. About 60 adults and teens will receive either the new drug or an existing one (delamanid) for 8 weeks. The goal is to see which combination clears the bacteria from sputum faster and more safely.
