New pill aims to slow Alzheimer's in early stages

Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called TTYP01 in people with early Alzheimer's disease (mild memory problems or mild dementia). About 180 participants will receive either a low dose, high dose, or a placebo pill for 78 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug can slow down memory decline and reduce harmful brain proteins, while checking for side effects.
