Summary
This early-stage study is for people with a heart condition called ATTR-CM, caused by abnormal protein buildup in the heart. Researchers are testing a new antibody, coramitug, to see how well it targets and helps remove these protein clumps. The study uses special imaging to track the drug in the body and check its safety. About 14 participants aged 60 and older will take part.
