First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug TST001 to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. About 820 adults with a specific tumor marker (Claudin18.2) will receive either TST001 or a placebo, plus standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination slows cancer growth and improves survival.
