Summary
This small study tests whether a short, values-based talking therapy that uses imagination is acceptable and practical for teenagers aged 16-18 with paranoia. The therapy involves six sessions, and researchers will track how many teens join, stay, and find it helpful. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce paranoia and be used in mental health services.
