Summary
This study looked at whether doing core muscle exercises can help heavy smokers breathe better. 90 smokers aged 20-45 who smoked at least 20 cigarettes a day were split into two groups: one did static (isometric) core exercises and the other did moving (isotonic) core exercises. The goal was to see which type of training improved lung function more.
