Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug combination (datopotamab deruxtecan plus pembrolizumab, with or without chemo) in 145 people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis and meet specific genetic testing requirements.
