Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a medication called troiluzole can reduce the rewarding effects and cravings for methamphetamine. It will involve 40 adults who currently use methamphetamine but are not seeking treatment. Researchers will measure if participants choose methamphetamine less often when offered money as an alternative while taking the study drug.
