New Triple-Action antibody takes aim at Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called JNJ-95566692, a trispecific antibody designed to attach to three targets on lymphoma cells and immune cells to help the body fight the cancer. About 130 adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments will receive the drug alone or with another agent. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also watching for any tumor shrinkage.
