First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining three drugs—atezolizumab, bevacizumab, and memantine—can shrink tumors in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 19 adults with newly diagnosed, untreated hepatocellular carcinoma will receive the triple therapy. The main goal is to see how many patients have a significant reduction in tumor size.
