First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three diabetes drugs (metformin, SGLT-2 inhibitor, and GLP-1 receptor agonist) works better than other oral medications for people with type 2 diabetes who have poor blood sugar control. About 430 adults aged 18-75 with a BMI of 20 or higher will participate. The goal is to see if this triple therapy helps lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol more effectively.
